I can certainly see some long-term benefits to this feature for Google. Wouldn't it be great for Google if it became the trend for all US gov't employees (especially in DC) to have google.com/ig/usgov as their homepage. Why? Because it would create … (see comment)

No Privacy for Picasa Web Albums

I forgot to add that the reason this is important is because in the settings for Google's Picasa web albums, you can choose to make an album "private," but it really isn't (see comment)

This eWeek 'piece' sounds more like a press release by Mircosoft than an article. And it comes out the same day that Google's Spreadsheet is announced? Hmmm? And I know that Open Office (and certainly Google Spreadsheet/Writely) can't compare with MS … (see comment)
