Yeah, the real to false ratio was about 1:4 so one out of every 4 burries was actually committed by the user. They have apparently fixed the hole, and quite quickly too. (see comment)

That is why tools like Digg Spy, and the newer swarm and stack are so important. Like they said, its impossible to browse through all 2,000 upcoming stories, and this will continue to be a problem as the sites popularity grows. There need to be better way … (see comment)
