One smuggles 'contraband.' There clearly are religious perspectives at play in the amendments that were voted down. I would not agree to call them 'smuggling.' One can disagree with the religious perspectives on this issue (and those perspectives differ … (see comment)

I think you mean a majority vote. How does ANY amendment pass without a majority vote - or, for that matter, any electoral process (including the selection of a President)? You don't like the majority vote, you call it "mob." When they vote the way YOU … (see comment)

I hope this is not true. Protecting the freedoms of Americans and the primacy of the rule of law were bedrock commitments of the Obama campaign. And these commitments are not "LIBERAL" (see comment)
