Agreed. Updating my wife's BlackJack from WM5 to WM6 was quite a process. Update this, reboot, backup, reboot again, plug it in, unplug it, update another piece, etc. The directions were good enough, but it was a very bizarre upgrade. Apple makes it q … (see comment)

Yep, the problem is largely with the requirements downstream, particularly in Florida. Until that changes, rain like that will only delay the bigger problems. (see comment)
