its an asp page, its just the header sent says it is a JPEG image. The use is the raw file is protected, and the asp page might check for login credentials to display the image. (however, here, im not quite sure the point) (see comment)

See the post above you. The reactor creates heat energy. Believe it or not, there is more than one way to convert heat into electricity, its just steam is generally the easiest. (see comment)
