Given that it's just one ISP, I'm pretty sure they'll just remove the W3C block and shrug it off as a technical mishap or whatever. I mean, has the earlier ban on the anti-censorship activist been lifted? Didn't think so. http://digg.com/politics/Finnish … (see comment)

@SteveMax As far as I understand, it's up to the package maintainers how closely they work together with the upstream (and the upstream too!). In this case the lack of communication caused a disaster. (see comment)
