The problem is that they seem to have purposely made it not work with Linux. If they simply implemented ACPI properly there would be no need to check to see if the OS is Linux, only perhaps some older versions of Windows. XP, Vista, Windows 2008, and Linu … (see comment)

The real advantage of using an open lossless format is that you can encode it into any other format you want. If you want 10,000 songs on your MP3 player you can encode it into an MP3. Have a media center that wants WMA, then simply encode it in that form … (see comment)

Humans have a poor system for breathing and eating. It makes no sense at all to make it impossible to breath while you're swallowing. I'm guessing a birds trachea is separated from its esophagus. (see comment)
