70-year-old Manatee woman chases robbery suspect
abcactionnews.com — She told the robber when he demanded her money to "go to hell in a handbasket" and then she chased him with her car. A 70-year-old Joann Starcher was in the Save-A-Lot parking lot Sunday evening when a young man popped up between cars and demanded money.
