Halo 3 Special Edition theme revealed (With Pics!)
xblradio.com — The Special Edition version of Bungie ’s EXTREMELY anticipated game Halo 3 comes with a variety of extra features, including a theme only available on the Special Edition disc. Yes, the game may be cool, the graphics awesome, but if you can't quickly find your recently downloaded arcade title because of some poorly designed theme, then what's the point?
For me, I'll stick with carbon, it goes much better with my TV.- NeoCortex, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1I'm currently using the Penny Arcade CTS theme, and it works pretty well for me. It's subdued enough that I have never had any trouble seeing any of the text.
- agdtinman, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2I made sure to keep the text areas muted. The way MS lined it up for the preview sucks. Too many companies just slap screenshots on there and call it a day. Bungie pays attention to what works.

- Sornos, on 10/10/2007, -2/+4This is addressing all the Playstation fiends yelling how they don't need to pay for themes: We have the option to set our own background across all blades, something you only recently been able to do. We've been doing that for at least a year. So we pay for unique content. Like you'd pay for a poster for a wall. You can make your own poster, but it won't be as nice. It roughly costs as much as a poster.
