Joe Biden Flirts With A Presidential Run And Delivers A Family Pep Talk On 'Colbert'

Last night, Colbert flat out asked the Vice President if he was planning a presidential run in 2020. Biden found ways to talk around the matter but, all in all, it sounds like he's seriously considering. 

Afterward, Stephen and Joe donned blue pullovers and called a family meeting... for all of America. As it turns out, Biden (aka "pops") has a bit of a potty-mouth.
