A tractor trailer driving through the New York City borough of Queens left a trail of destruction as the driver had trouble maneuvering around a parked car. A passerby caught the incident on his phone and observed (with a schadenfreude-laden narration) as the large 18-wheeler ripped a welt into the vehicle and also knocked out a fire hydrant in the process.
