It's exceedingly hard to live comfortably these days. Sadly, many states require a salary in the six-figures to be able to pay bills, save for retirement and still have enough left over for enjoyment. As daunting as it may sound, all of us plebs in the five-figures really want to know what it takes to make the jump to $100,000.
