And like I said before, "WHY" don't Obama just hand these documents over to the judge and get it over with??!! Now, you're probably wondering why I emphasized the word "showed" a couple sentences back .... Well, it's because when Obama "showed" his COLB to the news media (who was questioning his citizenship last year), he wouldn't let any of them get too close to it or touch it. One of the reporters actually tried to take it into his hand just to look at it, and Obama pulled it away from him real fast, and said "no" (This was on TV .... I saw it with my own eyes).
I don't know, maybe this is just a redherring by Philip Berg, but I just want to know "WHY??". Don't you? Aren't any of you that are voting for Obama just a tiny bit curious as to "WHY"??? If you read the actual law suit, it is very very long ..... Which, again, that in itself, should make EVERY AMERICAN curious. WHY would Obama and the DNC spend so much time and effort (and money) RESISTING this simple thing for such a long time .......... Just take 2 seconds of your time, and hand over the fricken ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS!!!

Actual of birth certificates, endorsements by terrorist groups both domestic and abroad, receiving funds from Fannie Mae, taking part in law suits shepherding the basis of our current financial crisis, mocking middle class America "Guns & Bibles", the need to share wealth since it will be fairer, Its patriotic to pay taxes, advisors meeting with questionable Islamic groups, attempting to circumvent the current administration's dealing with a foreign government, supporting the formation of Sharia Law in Kenya, lack of experience, junior senator who has done nothing except run for offices, does not salute our flag, not picking Hillary, the list goes on . . . - radiofrequency, on 10/11/2008, -23/+18Decent video, but allegations are too sensationalist to be taken seriously by hardcore Obama supporters.
The way to the white house is through policy and Barack Obama has been wrong about just about everything: taxes, the environment, the troop surge, the war in Iraq, Fannie and Freddie, his party's involvement in the banking crisis and lack of oversight they were responsible for. Barack Obama is wrong on foreign policy, wrong about negotiating with terrorist nations, wrong about the environment, wrong about socialized/nationalized healthcare, wrong about energy policy, wrong about drilling for oil, and fails to grasp basic economic principles. Sure, he's a feel-good candidate but his policies do not compute and, if enacted, would bankrupt the country or increase taxes to us all because existing government revenue and commitments sure as heck couldn't support his plans financially.

The lawsuit is not just about Obamas Kenyan birth ("Through extensive investigation Plaintiff learned Obama was born at Coast Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya located in Coast Province"), it is also about his becoming an Indonesian citizen and his failure to naturalize as a U.S. citizen.
Obama hasn't produced the documents demanded in the lawsuit because he can't. If he provides forgeries to the court he goes to jail. If Obama COULD produce the documents - lawsuit over. Simple as that.

The federal judge order Obama to produce the documents...he has been filing a flurry of motions to date...but no documents.
This is the history of filings, etc where Philip Berg (Democrate) petitioned the federal court to make Obama produce his birth certificate because he contends Obama is NOT a natural born citizen. He did this to prevent him being on the DNC ticket, but since Obama won the nomination, has ammended his petition for the presidential race.
On Sept. 29th the federal judge ordered that Obama produce the following documents below. (Order attached). Senator Obama instead chose to not comply (which would be easy if he had them...why would he not comply??" Instead he is refusing to produce the documents and is trying to get this thrown out of court with lots of filings/technicalities.
ORDERED that the Motion to Dismiss pursuant to F.R.C.P. 12(b)(1) and
12(b)(6) is DENIED. It is further ORDER of this Court that the following discovery is
to be turned over to Plaintiff within three (3) days:
1. Obama’s “vault” version (certified copy of his “original” long version)
Birth Certificate; and
2. A certified copy of Obama’s Certification of Citizenship;
3. A Certified copy of Obama’s Oath of Allegiance.
IT IS SO ORDERED
