- Marble68, on 10/05/2008, -2/+13Didn't the DNC file a motion to dismiss? Is this pointing to articles saying they've lost the motion to dismiss?
- Marble68, on 10/05/2008, -5/+4Sorry, this is inaccurate. It's a rumor.

Burying as inaccurate.- dremango, on 10/05/2008, -3/+8Hopefully the judge will sign it soon.
- phatphat, on 10/05/2008, -2/+11This looks like the document the Berg lawyers presented to the judge for signature, in response to the motion to dismiss. You will notice that the judge has not signed it (yet).
- IronDioPriest, on 10/05/2008, -2/+10Correct phatphat. I got all excited over being presented with this document earlier today, but was told by a lawyer on the powerline forum that what you say is in fact the case. This is a copy of the document presented to the judge. Without a signature, it doesn't mean diddly.
As far too many things in America today, it all rests on one black-robed arbiter who ideally has no axe to grind, but in reality, far too often wields it with abandon. - linuxdad, on 10/05/2008, -0/+5Gods speed to them! I hope they get the documents study over them and find incontrovertibly that he is NOT eligible. The left will be so panic struck that they will attempt to modify the constitution in a weeks time. It would be a fantastic show, which would result in a Clinton-Biden ticket. That would bring back in the 18 million cracks!
