McCain: I Would Not Support Repeal of Roe v. Wade
ktracy.com — In 1999, John McCain told the San Francisco Chronicle that he believed abortion was necessary and that he would not support the repeal of Roe v. Wade. For pro-Life voters, they are left with one option, Libertarian Presidential Candidate Bob Barr who remains a steadfast defender of an unborn child's Right to Life!

ABC's THIS WEEK:
MCCAIN: I don't think a constitutional amendment is probably going to take place, but I do believe that it's very likely or possible that the Supreme Court should — could overturn Roe v. Wade, which would then return these decisions to the states, which I support. - ktracy2002, on 07/17/2008, -2/+2I'm tired of his double talk. We need Bob Barr!
- HonestAbe, on 07/17/2008, -1/+1Go ahead and waste your vote then
- Cuchanu, on 07/17/2008, -1/+3The abortion debate is ***** anyways. Bush talked about it and talked about it until he got elected. Yes I understand that people want a president who's ideals match their own, but if you really want to save lives don't vote for a president who want's to continue to fight unnecessary wars.
Oh wait, they're Muslims so it's OK. - CryRightardCry, on 07/17/2008, -1/+2This from the guy who proposed the McCain-Feingold bill, then refused to follow it?
- sertelt, on 07/18/2008, -0/+1Buried because it's inaccurate. McCain said in February 2007 he wanted Roe overturned and hs been consistent ever since. http://www.lifenews.com/nat2938.html
