gambling911.com — While Ron Paul visited Spartanburg South Carolina to deliver a one-hour plus speech to potential voters, his supporters were taking a little action of their own.

First it was the Ron Paul Five, now it's the Ron Paul Thirty, how far will anti-rp forces go before they realize they're feeding the fire they're trying to stop? Learn how to join a group that doesn't exist and how advocating support for a political candidate in America can get you put on some list. Maybe next time it'll be you.

- jveezy, on 10/10/2007, -3/+7It's sad how if you keep hearing something that aligns with your views, it's okay, but if you keep hearing something that you don't agree with, it's spam. That's how the mainstream media approaches news.
They sure didn't object to the Paris Hilton spam they were shoving down our throats.
You'd think maybe the so-called Ron Paul spammers would stop spamming if they didn't have to spam to get their message across? If the mainstream media wants us to shut up then they should start devoting much more coverage to Ron Paul than they do.- wild, on 10/10/2007, -1/+2Thats not the problem. The problem is the RP SPAMmers take articles and twist them to be about RP in the submission, even though the article never mentions him. Like the recent CNN article about a poll showing the top republican candidate is "none of the above". It was submitted as "GOP Ripe for Ron Paul -- Poll: 'None of the above' leads GOP field". His name doesn't appear anywhere in the article!
An article that was interesting based on other merits gets hidden among the SPAM. And that means information is not getting out when it should be.
Thats a very bad thing.

- jeffiner44, on 10/10/2007, -3/+7I am confused as to how this is spam. This is an article about nice people who did a nice thing. I thought that was what this site was all about? I really don't get it. So people want to talk about Ron Paul. Why not? He is running for an important job. Aren't people talking about Hilary and Obama too? Why aren't their supporters spammers? Why is it that whenever anyone attacks Ron Paul it is an attack on him personally or his supporters personally? I like Ron Paul. I liked this article. I found Digg through Ron Paul. Is Digg a site that is not for Ron Paul supporters? If so, let me know and I will stop coming here. I didn't know. I don't want to go where I am not wanted. I thought that Digg was the media center for the Internet, not a carbon copy of the manipulation factory known as the MSM. Where is all this hatred coming from? I don't get it. What did this person do, except digg an article. Isn't that what people do with articles?????? Seriously, if Ron Paul supporters are not wanted on this site, let me know. I am also a woman, a Jew, a retired lawyer, a wife, I own cats, drive a Nissan.... stop me if there are any other groups that I belong to that you don't want to see on your site either.
- beermotor, on 10/10/2007, -2/+2I think you misunderstand ... we "spammed" a local charity to show 1) "libertarians" have a heart and 2) we weren't just 5 guys in their parents basement spamming polls. The lady who took the food was overcome with gratitude, I don't think they'd ever seen such a large donation before. I felt great being a part of organizing it.
- ojno1rules, on 10/10/2007, -9/+3if only that wall of spam had been used to crush Ron Paul instead...
oh well, a man can dream, a man can dream- twobitsprite, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2Why would you wish for anyone to be crushed like that? Even if you don't like the guy, you don't have to wish ill upon him.
- guytoronto, on 10/10/2007, -7/+1All the wishin' and hopin' and prayin' is never going to make Ron Paul a viable presidential candidate. He is not a leader.
- Reponere, on 10/10/2007, -0/+6Leader can be interpreted and defined in more ways than one. Maybe someone who isn't so interested in "leadership" to the point of reforming our country to a dictatorship is a good thing...
- Reponere, on 10/10/2007, -0/+7The one mistake Ron Paul supporters can make is to stop their efforts.
- Razmear, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5Here are some pics I took while gathering food for the Spam Spartanburg food drive, and of the event in general.
Many thanks to the folks at RonPaulForums.com for contributing to the cause.

eb - BillORights, on 10/10/2007, -0/+10Look at what these whacko, tin foil hat wearing, conspiracy theory, spamming non-entities are doing! Can you imagine the gall of these non-entities volunteering their own time and money to help some kids! This Ron Paul guy is poisoning their minds with all this rugged individualism, liberty and charity crap!
