    I don't see the point of some of these, like the nose job one. I mean, if you're going to change the size of someone's nose, it turns into a completely different person. It seems wrong to alter someones appearance like that and present it as reality. Photoshop is cool and all, but when it comes to people, I say just leave 'em alone.

The best photoshop enhancements are the ones that look more natural, where you couldn't tell they were photoshopped unless you saw the original.

Nothing will ever be able to beat a high quality original with a minor color enhancement just to make it pop out at you a bit.
  • controltheweb, on 03/09/2008, -0/+1Some great pro effects, and some pretty average ones too in this list. A number of missed masking opportunities, like selecting teeth. They're brighter than their surroundings, people. (Don't select teeth, simply mask the area for highlights and adjust.)

  • Amadeus2490, on 03/09/2008, -0/+4Most of those tutorials looked really amateurish. The only one that looked sort of natural was the eye-makeup girl, and even then the opacity should have been about 15 points lower and gaussian blur'd.

    But, then again. . .i've seen alot of the women that are idolize in magazines and on television, and they look COMPLETELY unnatural. What the ***** is with the amount of blurring they do to women's skin?; they don't look human any more. I hope people look back on the early 21st century and laugh at the models for looking like digital Barbie dolls.
