I'm sure there are other ways it can look, but this looks almost exactly the way my friends laptop looked after getting busted. Her laptop was only cracked and colorized like that on the right most 1/3 of the screen though.

watch them get frustrated as they try to understand why the keybaord and mouse don't seem to respond.
ChrisB, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2I've created some other sizes, but with the exception of the 640x480 they've all been resized up from the 1440x900 version before cropping so they don't look quite as real. Not bad from a distance though.

IceMonkey, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0That's funny, I recently made a Photoshop file w/ layers so I could simulate cracked glass on my laptop. Looks pretty cool, but only like glass and not an LCD. Those look pretty unique. Upshot of the one I made is that I can put any image I want behind it. The cracked up Windows Bliss wallpaper is a favorite on my Flickr page.
