- digg it
- hereigo, on 02/18/2008, -44/+14yeah, facebook TOS are scary. Your real name, address and birthday would already be enough for identity theft, not to mention other sensitive data like social security and driving license numbers!
- fr0ng, on 02/18/2008, -12/+47Then don't put your freaking real name, address, or birthday up for them to see.
People are dumb.- cdcr28, on 02/18/2008, -6/+10You're dumb. What if AOL used all of the information you give them initially, and then all of the info you send back and forth on AIM to map out social graphs and mined conversations for marketing data? You post information on facebook to share with your friends, not to be prostituted out to Madison Avenue. I can't stand when people take this opinion, because there is a legitimate argument to make against facebook's manipulation of noobs.
- TheCount, on 02/18/2008, -12/+4No, you're dumb!
- cdcr28, on 02/18/2008, -39/+6***** you, you lousy kike. Better watch your pile of jew gold, cuz Zuckerborg is going to snatch it up eventually.
- Mejogid, on 02/18/2008, -3/+9Wow... way to completely devalue a seemingly rational comment.
- jershie, on 02/18/2008, -6/+5First they came for the Jews and I did not speak out because I was not a Jew. Then they came for the Communists and I did not speak out because I was not a Communist. Then they came for the trade unionists and I did not speak out because I was not a trade unionist. Then they came for me and there was no one left to speak out for me.

- ziptnf, on 02/18/2008, -5/+21If people were worried about what would happen if someone used the information that they put on facebook, they wouldn't get one to begin with.
- novelyk, on 02/18/2008, -7/+4get one what?
- shoutsmurmurs, on 02/18/2008, -4/+7An identity.
- ziptnf, on 02/18/2008, -3/+17A ***** clue.
- novelyk, on 02/18/2008, -7/+4get one what?
- spacerobot, on 02/18/2008, -2/+58Since when did facebook get my Social Security number and drivers license number?
- ghgh1313, on 02/18/2008, -1/+36what, you don't put that in your "About Me" section?
- strangewill, on 02/19/2008, -0/+3I do, by the off chance that some old high school friend happens to remember my SSN and searches for it.
- ghgh1313, on 02/18/2008, -1/+36what, you don't put that in your "About Me" section?
- danarama, on 02/18/2008, -1/+11that's not the point. facebook is data mining at the expense of everyone's privacy, even your personal messages and info off facebook, then subsequently exploiting it and collaborating with the CIA etc. identity theft is the least of the issues.
- Anpheus, on 02/18/2008, -2/+11The CIA is extremely curious about your flirting patterns with user nicknames "2Hot4U" and "Sk8trGirl39." Care to explain?
- cdcr28, on 02/18/2008, -18/+2Go ***** yourself
- rezist, on 02/19/2008, -1/+5people like anpheus who obviously can't see a larger picture, will hopefully come to open their minds a bit. But go ***** yourself, while amusing, only serves to put someone on the defensive
- cdcr28, on 02/18/2008, -18/+2Go ***** yourself
- Brasky, on 02/19/2008, -1/+4Then dont ***** use it...
- rezist, on 02/19/2008, -2/+2not the point... you really can't see why this type of operation isn't beneficiary to the end user? On a super simple level, do you like spam? Didn't think so
- Anpheus, on 02/18/2008, -2/+11The CIA is extremely curious about your flirting patterns with user nicknames "2Hot4U" and "Sk8trGirl39." Care to explain?
- UbIwerks, on 02/18/2008, -1/+17And it's even creepier with looped trance music and a monotone voice! Though, I guess the video would lose its effect if 'Yakkity Sax' played in the background while Richard Simmons read off the lines...
- Myonosken, on 02/18/2008, -9/+6How about you set that information to just your friends or, god forbid, hidden?
- Bobski, on 02/18/2008, -4/+10And how does that keep it from the site operators? Typical noob mentality. "If they can't see me, I'm not here."
- strangewill, on 02/19/2008, -0/+2Um, firstly: It's the internet, a global system where practically anyone can harvest your data, oh friends only? Sure your friends don't have spyware?
Secondly: It's their server, their database, their data, you're GIVING it to them, it's not Facebook, it's the people giving their data that is the issue, you think theres any difference between this and MySpace as far as "what you post is now theirs" is concerned?
- fr0ng, on 02/18/2008, -12/+47Then don't put your freaking real name, address, or birthday up for them to see.

The battle for your privacy.- debuggercll, on 02/18/2008, -6/+27You mean the race for one of those companies to provide us with the best illusion of privacy?
- bahamutxd, on 02/18/2008, -1/+5Too bad it's only limited to the private sector.. the illusion of privacy spills into the public sector as well.
- debuggercll, on 02/18/2008, -6/+27You mean the race for one of those companies to provide us with the best illusion of privacy?
- iriscoler, on 02/18/2008, -21/+286Conspiracy theories really turn me on.
- debuggercll, on 02/18/2008, -7/+31We should get together.

- mraustin1337, on 02/19/2008, -1/+1Are you kidding me. This again?
- Hobbes24, on 02/18/2008, -3/+49they give me a raging clue.
- shadowfoxmi, on 02/18/2008, -2/+3ohh.. i'm so gettin a clue..
- danarama, on 02/18/2008, -15/+7not really a conspiracy so much as pretty decent run down of facebook and the media information complex.
- Vigilo, on 02/18/2008, -3/+6Its all good join the site its a CIA database that is literally a "facebook" A record of everyones faces and all their interests and friends. Its perfect.
- IronPwnage, on 02/19/2008, -1/+2Yeah, too bad it's not everyone.
- thepompano, on 02/18/2008, -5/+3@iriscoler: What's false about the information the video gives?
- Ranvier, on 02/18/2008, -1/+14It's not really the information, it's how it's presented and how they form long string linkages and present those linkages in a manner which denotes bad practices based solely on a CEO's and other executives past work experience, and not on any material actually making the long links.
- afx1, on 02/19/2008, -2/+6your logic and reason have no place on digg
- FatLoser, on 02/19/2008, -2/+1If we digg Ranvier down far enough then his comment will disappear and we can pretend like it never happened...
- zaxang, on 02/19/2008, -0/+1But the links are valid, and are you denying that the links aren't just a little bit creepy? Sure, proclaiming that "THERE IS MALPRACTICE" based solely on this information would be unjustifiable, but this video does raise suspicion. And, personally, that's what I like about it. I mean, I'm pretty sure that no savvy user of Facebook trusts the site, but this video makes the distrust a little more concrete.
- afx1, on 02/19/2008, -2/+6your logic and reason have no place on digg

- h4mx0r, on 02/18/2008, -3/+11You know, almost anything can be turned into a conspiracy theory, so this is really just pointless. Plus you should know what you're getting into. Any information you put on the internet, regardless if you put it on facebook or not, is bound to circulate anywhere, even big brother.
Putting it on facebook is not really any different except you're concentrating the stuff there.
In other words, I'm still as scared of facebook as I'm scared of the internet, which is not fearful at all. - tcsucks, on 02/18/2008, -3/+2I'm waiting for the Ron Paul group to be labeled as terrorists and detained without trial. :noes:

- Nurven, on 02/18/2008, -5/+271When you put your whole life online, do you really expect to have privacy?
- mayaesh, on 02/18/2008, -18/+13Let's not forget we live in the USA (Unbelievably Stupid America) so I don't really think many people give this a second thought.
- allywilson, on 02/18/2008, -7/+8But to be fair it's not just online is it? Check out the UK. More CCTV than any other nation in the world. The average person will be caught on camera more than 300 times a day. You could map out the persons entire day if you had access to them!
- TheLD, on 02/18/2008, -7/+1CCTV in the UK is not run by a central organisation or government.
- RockinRoel, on 02/18/2008, -1/+7Oh no! They're seeing me buy groceries!
- nbcaffeine, on 02/18/2008, -0/+8and porn!
- FatLoser, on 02/19/2008, -0/+3hairy breast porn...
- nbcaffeine, on 02/18/2008, -0/+8and porn!
- MrFisty, on 02/18/2008, -1/+12I don't get why people complain about this. After all, we willingly supplied the information in the first place. Personally my biggest concern is that if anyone takes a photo of me doing something "fun" on a Saturday night, it's uploaded the next day for all to see.
- lintmonkey, on 02/19/2008, -0/+3So stop doing fun things.
- offwithyourtv, on 02/19/2008, -0/+4Even if you don't put your whole life online, don't you think the CIA can find information about you anyway? The CIA existed long before the world wide web. I'm sure they have their ways. It's kinda their job and whatnot.
- sg1fan, on 02/19/2008, -0/+1Reminds me of a local news story about a woman who found out she had an internet stalker, because the guy found her web site where she told the WORLD all about her, her daughter, and even posted all sorts of pictures of her daughter... and she wonders?
- m4csrgh3yk3v, on 02/20/2008, -0/+1yes.
The internet is fast becoming an extension of your computer. Things like the google office suite and webmail mean that the pc and what is on it is becoming less relevant.
So if all of your life is on your computer now, and all of your computer will be on the internet, then eventually all of your life will be on the internet.
As consumers, you should demand some basic privacy from those providing you with computer software, regardless of whether it is on your hardware or theirs. You would be totally pissed if you found out that Microsoft could monitor all of your activity whenever you use XP. That is no different at all.
- TripleAStacked, on 02/18/2008, -8/+339who cares...let me go back to poking random chicks!!!
- greenblob, on 02/18/2008, -6/+3I've been living under a rock for the past few years so I'm still kinda new to the whole social networking thing. Is poking anonymous? I've never tried it before.
- mrtrevin, on 02/18/2008, -4/+24No... unfortunately Facebook is not a bathe house. Your pokes are not anonymous.
- ChiBull23, on 02/18/2008, -4/+2Anonymous poking would be both hilarious and ridiculous...
Kind of like anonymous phone calls or e-mails
ya digg?- sarge96, on 02/19/2008, -1/+1No.
- ChiBull23, on 04/29/2008, -0/+1you're a douche
- ChiBull23, on 02/18/2008, -4/+2Anonymous poking would be both hilarious and ridiculous...
- phibit, on 02/18/2008, -2/+13No, poking someone on Facebook isn't anonymous. But it is obnoxious!
- Nitesmoke, on 02/18/2008, -3/+16If you've made it this long without doing it, no reason to start now. Kinda like smoking.
- stellamaris, on 02/18/2008, -0/+5No, and that's why getting poked by people you don't know is ***** CREEPY.
- uberdilly, on 02/19/2008, -1/+4Until it gets you LAID!!!
- mrtrevin, on 02/18/2008, -4/+24No... unfortunately Facebook is not a bathe house. Your pokes are not anonymous.
- praisethelard, on 06/06/2008, -2/+29Be sure to use protection.
- stellamaris, on 02/18/2008, -2/+20Its guys like you who make facebook creepy.
- user, on 02/18/2008, -9/+2Thank you, and every other apathetic ***** like you, for ruining America for those of us with enough intelligence to not want to live under constant surveillance everywhere. Thank you ever so much.
- gmeinsch, on 02/19/2008, -1/+2get a sense of humor
- slammediam, on 02/18/2008, -1/+4The more the better i say ***** that Bitch POKE em all :)
- moush, on 02/19/2008, -0/+1Poke them all you want, but that's as far as you'll ever get.
- greenblob, on 02/18/2008, -6/+3I've been living under a rock for the past few years so I'm still kinda new to the whole social networking thing. Is poking anonymous? I've never tried it before.
- davidsmero, on 02/18/2008, -21/+5Facebook pisses me off, they disabled my account without warning for "excessive" use without telling me. They sent an email after.
- winmywii, on 02/18/2008, -3/+38They did you a favor
- jdfwarrior, on 02/18/2008, -4/+10If you were kicked off for excessive use, then it was a good thing. A person whose world revolves around Facebook scare me. Go outside. Meet people. Interact with them. Quit watching every move everyone makes and worrying about who they are talking to, who they poked, what app they added, or how many times they picked their butt that day.
- abstracthuman, on 02/19/2008, -1/+1I'm sorry, but that's really pathetic. I know too many people who seem to WAY overuse and obsess about Facebook, and they're still not getting booted. I can't imagine how much time you've spent creeping. Facebook pisses me off too, but because of what it does to people's REAL social lives.
- evilpoptart, on 02/18/2008, -5/+32besides, the people gathering the information would undoubtedly just get it someplace else. privacy really is a mirage in these times unless you don't ever type private information or utter it into a telephone.
- phibit, on 02/18/2008, -0/+1Well maybe they'd get it from somewhere else, but the point of this video is that pretty much all the information advertising companies and intelligence agencies might want can be found on the average person's Facebook profile.
I agree though, privacy is more of an illusion now than anything else. And to be honest, I don't really care if people know I listen to Radiohead and like the movie V for Vendetta.
That said, Facebook probably isn't the place to post your anti-establishment/terrorist manifesto. Unless you've got balls of steel.
-12:17 am John Q has posted a new note, "I'm coming for you, Walmart!"
- phibit, on 02/18/2008, -0/+1Well maybe they'd get it from somewhere else, but the point of this video is that pretty much all the information advertising companies and intelligence agencies might want can be found on the average person's Facebook profile.

- biggdigg13, on 02/18/2008, -14/+18Who cares? Some people haven't seen it... That is why it is being dugg right now. You know, some people don't spend all their time online, seeing every story, then criticizing people for digging "old" stories. It is still relevant.
- azneggrollz, on 02/18/2008, -1/+15Why would people *want* to see this piece of *****? Here is how the privacy policy reads.
"We may use information about you that we collect from other sources, including but not limited to newspapers and Internet sources such as blogs, instant messaging services, Facebook Platform developers and other users of Facebook, to supplement your profile. Where such information is used, we generally allow you to specify in your privacy settings that you do not want this to be done or to take other actions that limit the connection of this information to your profile (e.g., removing photo tag links)."
Eh? What about this: "We do not provide contact information to third party marketers without your permission."
- azneggrollz, on 02/18/2008, -1/+15Why would people *want* to see this piece of *****? Here is how the privacy policy reads.
- CapeKid, on 02/18/2008, -5/+38Old and wildly inaccurate and speculative.
- techmonkey4u, on 02/18/2008, -13/+7Inaccurate? In what way? Back up your claims or gtfo.
- duffblue, on 02/19/2008, -0/+3I love how you can get away with making a baseless claim on digg, but as soon as somebody calls you on your ***** they get dugg down.
- atheos13, on 02/19/2008, -0/+1Old? Perhaps. Speculative? Of course. Inaccurate? I'm in agreement with techmonkey.

- airwalkery2k, on 02/18/2008, -5/+46That's why all I ever do is put up a facade on Facebook. Every time I post something I ask myself if I mind if everybody in the world can see what I just did.
Though, it is scary what data mining people can do. Connect you to "questionable people" and turn a simple message about your trip to Europe into some kind of a red flag or anything of that sort.
Heck, maybe some web crawler owned by the CIA is reading these comments here and trying to connect our comments and diggs to our identieis and give us some classification.- ryanonfire, on 02/18/2008, -0/+2Some bosses do that with emails their employees send. They scan for certain words and word that aren't there like "friend" "party" "family" etc. to see if they have anti-social workers.

Don't want them to know stuff? Don't put it up. I don't have anything to hide. I don't really care.- iancorey, on 02/18/2008, -1/+2Eventually, everything about everyone will be known, classified and put into junk mail databases. Focused marketing will become a bubble.

You "[may not] have anything to hide." You "[may not] really care". But one day the mistakes of millions of 12-18 year olds (and a few other trusting individuals) are going to hurt this country a little more than you think.
We're on our way down.- RockinRoel, on 02/18/2008, -6/+3You just had to pull Godwin's Law on this one, didn't you?

Then they knew who the Communists were.
Finally they knew who I was. I don't care.- jershie, on 02/18/2008, -0/+1Ummm . . . ever heard of Nazi Germany? They had computers there too . . . so they could decide whether you were going to a salt mine or if you were going to get a nice "shower".

- Mothrog, on 02/18/2008, -1/+5Talk about blowing things out of proportion. It's a social networking website. Membership is voluntary as is posting information about yourself. Targeted marketing isn't exactly new either. If you think this is Facebook is bad, you might want to go ahead and tear up all the credit and debit cards you have.
- dlsspy, on 02/18/2008, -0/+5That's not entirely true. I found a picture of myself from the mid-nineties with some other people in it. That's one picture that says where I was, whom I knew, and possibly other stuff I'm not thinking about.
There's more information that can be collected than what you specifically give up yourself.

- RockinRoel, on 02/18/2008, -6/+3You just had to pull Godwin's Law on this one, didn't you?
- UbIwerks, on 02/18/2008, -0/+6Because the Scientologists will know exactly what you're afraid of and who you murdered!!!! Oh, wait.....
- thewindfish, on 02/20/2008, -0/+1Yeah, and while we're at it, ***** freedom of speech. I've got nothing important to say anyway.
- Shadowtheweak, on 02/18/2008, -5/+34Facebook is the least of your worries, there is no such thing as privacy on the internet anymore.

- diggcensors, on 02/18/2008, -16/+23They forgot the part where this leads to a North American Union run by scientologists, Elvis, JFK, and Kurt Cobain.
- hurt911gen, on 02/18/2008, -1/+6Wait...I thought that was Halliburton?
Either way, pass the tinfoil.- pendrachken, on 02/18/2008, -0/+4Tinfoil?!?! are you an amateur or something? You really should invest in some LEADfoil to really stop the radio waves. As a plus point the leadfoil is heavier so it won't blow away as easily.
- 4LeggedtriPod, on 02/19/2008, -0/+2Don't forget Tupac.
- hurt911gen, on 02/18/2008, -1/+6Wait...I thought that was Halliburton?
- audiophile8706, on 02/18/2008, -4/+7This is also like, a year old isn't it?
Truth is... there really is no such thing as privacy unless you go live in a dark cave somewhere. Besides, I thought it went without saying that you never put stuff online that you didn't want everyone to know... - tuxidomasx, on 02/18/2008, -2/+22Whenever i think someone is peeking at my privacies, i shake them around frivolously.
- theoiproject, on 02/18/2008, -3/+0thats funny shat man....

- Recuso, on 02/18/2008, -0/+10I think it's because she's speaking in a monotone throughout the entire thing.
- techeric, on 02/18/2008, -0/+1It adds to the drama. dun dun DUNNNNNN!
- 4LeggedtriPod, on 02/19/2008, -0/+1It's because she can't read a script and not sound like she's reading a script.

I was somewhere between falling asleep by it and being really pissed off at it....strange
- Brew, on 02/18/2008, -2/+8Yeah, I don't know what it is though.
- wedges, on 02/18/2008, -10/+2these conspiracy theories are a little too out-there for my tastes. woe is me, more personalized ads for me to ignore.
- KnightofCydonia, on 02/19/2008, -0/+1its actually "woe is I"
- phogasmic, on 02/18/2008, -2/+11duh. The loss of privacy is the price of entry, do you think they are providing the service free and clear? Of course the yare using and selling our information, thats the point.
- grungegbunny, on 02/18/2008, -6/+19Facebook is the devil.

- ocellnuri, on 02/18/2008, -2/+89Welcome to the Privacy Policy of every single web service.
- KireGoTI, on 02/18/2008, -1/+11It's well known that DARPA created the internet. They also embarked on other projects with different objectives. Now a guy who was an early investor in the internet who is now a venture capitalist is, once again, investing in the internet. Clearly, he must be up to no good.
- CosmicSprawl, on 02/18/2008, -1/+0I sense sarcasim! thumbs up!
- ZeonFlash, on 02/18/2008, -2/+23Do you really care if someone knows what your favorite ice cream flavor is or what books you've read? Too many Facebook users assume their lives are interesting enough to scrutinize.
- Fhwqhgads, on 02/18/2008, -2/+1Is it anyone else's business?
- jershie, on 02/18/2008, -4/+1First they came for the Jews and I did not speak out because I was not a Jew. Then they came for the Communists and I did not speak out because I was not a Communist. Then they came for the trade unionists and I did not speak out because I was not a trade unionist. Then they came for me and there was no one left to speak out for me.
- MsGo, on 02/19/2008, -0/+5That quote is so outrageously misapplied it is BEYOND an insult to those REALLY oppressed people mentioned in it.
- Tanker940, on 02/18/2008, -5/+42Oh no! Are you saying that when I put my information online OTHER PEOPLE CAN LOOK AT IT?! Dear lord.
- windowi, on 02/18/2008, -0/+5One one hand this freaks me out, on another I am WILLING to put this stuff up there, and I am pretty sure that the only data they collect from AIM is whether or not you are online.
- telemart73, on 02/18/2008, -7/+6Ring a ding ding. This is old. Buried.
- ManHammer, on 02/18/2008, -3/+28black helicopters! I'll have to post this on my facebook page...
- Benjaphil, on 02/18/2008, -1/+3posted this on my facebook a long time ago.. back when i had a facebook.
- Nerovoga, on 02/18/2008, -4/+1Meh... how else am I going to be scrabbulous with my friends while creeping other peoples profiles?
- OtterOwnage, on 02/18/2008, -7/+4I'm surprised that they didn't bring up the terrifying point that if someone obtained a Death Note, and a Facebook, they'd be able to kill you in a second.
- Brew, on 02/18/2008, -10/+4Yeah, Facebook has gotten gay ever since they opened it up and added all those applications, but who cares that they can sell your information that you put on Facebook? How do you think they make any money at all? Would you rather pay a monthly fee to use Facebook?
- dodomingo, on 02/18/2008, -3/+5This video is only like a few years old..
Good message though. - Signa91, on 02/18/2008, -5/+2facebook isnt the only guilty one. EVERY website you visit has the power to do this. case in point: dont use the internet.
REAL case in point: just go on doing what ur doing, cuz it wont matter. - algo, on 02/18/2008, -8/+1they can have my ***** privacy, look who i friended!!! http://photos-c.ak.facebook.com/photos-ak-sf2p/v19 ... (she's a model btw)
- mrhedges, on 02/18/2008, -3/+3Wow, congratulations. Your privacy is worth nothing more than having some attention hungry female add another number to her friends list. (she's not that attractive, btw)
- algo, on 02/18/2008, -2/+5you guys are so easy. every time there's a facebook thread i post random fb lady photos.

- mrhedges, on 02/18/2008, -3/+3Wow, congratulations. Your privacy is worth nothing more than having some attention hungry female add another number to her friends list. (she's not that attractive, btw)

- Darkhowling91, on 02/18/2008, -3/+21Origonal here. Why do people repost.
http://www.albinoblacksheep.com/flash/facebook- techeric, on 02/18/2008, -2/+7It's all part of the conspiracy.
- Cov3rt, on 02/18/2008, -1/+3This is REALLY old.
- omjeremy, on 02/19/2008, -0/+2I'm sorry... But there's no way I can give you a thumbs up if you can't spell ORIGINAL.
- norz, on 05/11/2008, -0/+1Because linked video has seeking bar... :)
- noooooop, on 02/18/2008, -5/+2From that list at the begining, facebook has only my music, email, birthday, and pictures. If they manage to do something with that info then good luck to them, let me know how it goes.
- AntidoteSqrd, on 02/18/2008, -0/+5I predict you will be a victim of identity theft very early on if you think no one can do anything with that.
- Coffeedemon, on 02/18/2008, -1/+2Maybe they can but Facebook is irrelevant in this since you could get that information on a lot of people from a multitude of sources.
- AntidoteSqrd, on 02/18/2008, -0/+5I predict you will be a victim of identity theft very early on if you think no one can do anything with that.
- brocori, on 02/18/2008, -2/+11i only support this video because of the creators excellent choice in boards of canada for the music
- InspectorGadget, on 02/18/2008, -0/+2Boards of Canada ftw! I just lost their discography when my 250GB music drive crashed :(
- cw1242, on 02/18/2008, -0/+1Yeah dude, Boards of Canada - Turquoise Hexagon Sun
- deltron, on 02/19/2008, -0/+1Boards of Canada - Aquarius
- OmazingOrange, on 02/18/2008, -5/+7You don't put "the" in front of God, so why would you put in in front of Facebook
- hiro, on 02/18/2008, -3/+9Facebook exists!
- offwithyourtv, on 02/19/2008, -0/+4It was originally thefacebook.com when it started, if I recall correctly.
- thh204, on 02/19/2008, -0/+0I don't think they got your movie reference OO
- Drakos, on 02/18/2008, -6/+9Don't digg this *****. I'm so ***** sick of this identity theft paranoia. Yes you private information can be stolen or accessed, but there's probably a much greater chance of you dying driving to work everyday. So what should we do, live in a plastic bubble?
- danarama, on 02/18/2008, -1/+7This is not about identity theft it's about data mining and subversive marketing and the CIA controlling this information. It's also not paranoia it's extremely true and then some. You are one of many people who think your personal info is what's at stake, it's more like your public info and how it's subsequently being exploited, commercially and psychologically.
- nufoto, on 02/18/2008, -0/+3Corporations/Governments have been Data mining for years...Nothing new here..They just want to sell you more Junk you don't need! and the Government already knows enough about every person to write a 500+ page book on every person in the world.
I'm still Happy to Use Facebook! - danarama, on 02/18/2008, -0/+2they're not JUST selling stuff it's also about PSYOP, propaganda, thought control...etc
- finethug, on 02/18/2008, -7/+6Very entertaining presentation, However i still like Facebook.... its really cool
- everfresh59, on 02/18/2008, -2/+105min.com - the exact amount of time it took to load the damn thing.......
- metric7, on 02/18/2008, -0/+3Your AOL is slow today?
- thewaddone, on 02/18/2008, -2/+18What else do people think makes these social sites so profitable?
- danjwray, on 02/18/2008, -0/+4I hope it was all the ads. Guess not.
- Darkyuubi, on 02/18/2008, -0/+2Yes, but why do you think so many fight for an advertising spot ON facebook and such?
The site isn't worth what? 18 and some billion dollars because it was a "good idea"...
- Darkyuubi, on 02/18/2008, -0/+2Yes, but why do you think so many fight for an advertising spot ON facebook and such?
- kjcdude, on 02/19/2008, -0/+1There's a reason myspace was bought for billions.
The value of their customers information is worth alot more than ad space. - LloydBentsen, on 02/19/2008, -0/+1Snorg?
- danjwray, on 02/18/2008, -0/+4I hope it was all the ads. Guess not.
