- rhayat1, on 07/04/2008, -0/+1There is plenty of science supporting the reality of race. The problem is not a lack of facts/research to support this. The problem is getting people to READ such research. There are several reasons people don't take the time to learn the truth about race:
1) They are simply not smart enough to be able to discern truth from pseudoscience so they don't even try.
2) They are simply not interested. They figure they'll go through life judging individuals as individuals and that's great - except that non-whites don't usually follow suit. The fact that this attitude is so prevalent among whites means that whites must fend for themselves as individuals and that they have no organizations to stand behind them and defend them as a group. This means that whites will be losers if pitted against those who identify as part of a larger group.
3) They don't have the time or resources to learn.
4) They have erected an ideological wall that prevents them from considering any opinions outside their own dogma - in other words, they've been conditioned to consider race realism as heresy. Entertaining heretical thoughts is a sure way to damnation in any religion and, in this sense, "liberalism" is a religion. - HagarLund, on 08/02/2008, -0/+0Logically and factually correct but politically incorrect article.
