Send a Robotic voice call to anyone through this website
ws.cdyne.com — I'm not sure if this has been on digg but I thought it was pretty cool. Just type in the phone number including area code and then a message. In the license key field put a zero "0" and hit enter. The robot voice will say your message to the call recipient.

My IP Relay will forward a Phonenumber, through a Relay Operator to an AIM Screenname.
Very usefull, and free. (No proof of disability needed.) They also do standard Relay calls out through AIM.

The other voices (http://ws.cdyne.com/NotifyWS/phonenotify.asmx?op=getVoices) make it interesting but they aren't that great. IPRelay is definitely more fun for obscene things since an actual person has to read it but this is still good.
