- captainsky, on 10/15/2008, -0/+1The tips are elementary for anyone who works out regularly, but it's a great reminder. Especially the "listen to your body" tip. It's always when you say to yourself, "Oh I can do another 20 reps" or "I can run a few more minutes" that you overextend yourself and get into all kinds of injury trouble.
