Must be that mysterious "algorithm," huh?

    I am still alive. The reason why I haven't been back to Digg is aptly summed up by my last comments there. The burial campaign had worn me down. A successful blackout of all jihad-related material I had submitted was simply too much for me. Anyone who's a popular submitter knows how long it takes to get there -- in exhaustive searching, submitting, caretaking, etc. To spend hours on a site which had been taken over by what I charitably call "moonbats" who censored my material simply didn't make any sense to me. The last straw was indeed the last article I submitted, http://digg.com/world_news/Iran_Caught_Red_Handed_Shipping_Weapons_To_Taliban

    which was from a "respected" news source (ABC), and regarded one of the biggest news items of our time -- Iranian support to Jihadists in Afghanistan, who are killing American troops. The fact that this submission was promptly buried was proof that digg was simply not going to allow ANY news about the Global Jihad to hit the front page, preferring items on Ron Paul, 9/11 conspiracies, and anti-Bush hits.

    I didn't want to stay around and be bitter. So I left. I may submit some items, but I can't see myself returning with the same level of activity.

    And yes, this submission has been "double secret buried" -- it's not coming up even when one searches for "admiraladama". This is simply another clue that the "mystery algorithm" is very mysterious indeed.

      Some time ago I was a big fan of the truly excellent Fjordman weblog. Then, suddenly, he stopped publishing-- I a quite disappointed. And, I wondered if he as the victim of jihadi violence.

      Then, over time, I noticed that several other bloggers suddenly stopped blogging.

      Eventually I decided to start my on weblog. I as quite enthusiastic...but haven't posted anything in quite a while. Why? It is more time consuming than I had ever imagined. (Now I am conflicted between stopping entirely, or perhaps...spending less time...perhaps doing one article/week..or even one every two weeks.

      I believe that is why many prominent diggers as well as bloggers give up...or cut back drastically. Doing a good job is a tremendous time commitment.

      Prominent amongst those who are spreading disinformation are members of the maintream media-- but it is their occupation, they are getting paid for it. With a few rare exception, most bloggers are unable to generate significant income, and doing a good blog requires many hours each day.It is difficult to do a good blog...and still have a life!

      I don't know what the solution is It seems a shame to quit entirely-- perhaps the best thing is to set a moderate schedule, and post things only at these intervals...?

Osama Bin Laden before 9-11 was already on the run from several muslim countries that had warrants out for him. They still are. In fact the evidence seems to be that Osama's greatest allies post 9-11 have been Pakistan and the United States. That is shocking considering what he is supposed to represent. Although he's never been indicted for 9-11...check out the FBI website. 9-11 isn't on there!?!

        No, the bus story is spin. It just annoys you that Americans are getting wise to false flag ops. The rest of the world certainly is.

          Do you mean like they tore them apart after the Belsan School Massacre, which killed 300, mostly children? Tell me how many got "torn apart" after they put a suicide belt on a 6 yr old, or used mentally handicapped children to test for land mines? I could go on and on.
          If such an attack occured in this country they would get torn apart all right, but not by the likes of CAIR who would be at a microphone making apologies for them.
          BTW, the schooll bus driver alert was sent to cities and towns, if anything it was being covered up. That's spin?

Having found Arabs among the terrorists in Beslan is proof of Arab connections. Russia might not strive to retaliate with limited surgical attacks on terrorists, but will likely do the old-fashioned bombing of whole blocks in cities, subjecting its enemies to more casualties and collateral damage. I do not believe that the political opposition in Russia will demand a more “sensitive” war on terror; that is a fact Arabs understand.       How truly frustrating it is to witness the mindless and blind determination to silence dissenting voices which prevails on this site. How much more frustrating to have their mindless assaults focused on destroying the fruits of your hard labor. I too have been singled out by the Diggbat Thought Gestapo for posting inconvenient truths, beating them into submission in comments, etc.. I no longer pay much attention to the site's front pages, but rather look to see what my friends have submitted and agreed on. It is a useful clearinghouse used in that manner.

      I too have cut back on postings, but I still post things I think my friends might want to see, and the occasional item intended to inflame diggbat hemorrhoids.

      Admiral, I appreciated your submissions and your support on my postings, both stories and in comments. Do come around again from time to time. If you find another home, please let us know (and feel free to IM me any time; that goes for all my friends). I'm sure I'm not the only one who would jump to a universe not so completely overrun with screwball twoofers and lefty punks.

Digg's owners, employees, and investors think the jihadist presence on Digg is a big secret, but it's a secret only from themselves. When they finally try to go public, everybody'll have a good laugh at their expense.

    Oh, and by the way, if you want to read news stories on your cellphone, subscribe to your RSS and Atom feeds in Google Reader or another web-based reader that has a mobile interface. Then logon to the same feed reader account from your phone, and you can pick the stories you're interested in at that time.

    I've noticed that some of them will post pro-Israeli stuff whilst others will focus on anti-islamic stuff. In the past they individually claimed that there wasn't a group at work but yet here at the Admiral's wake they all pop up and admit that they work as a group. I have noticed their spite will gradually develop through a thread.

    Initially they will appear as concerned about racism or extremism. Then it will focus on aspects of Islamic society, then Islam as a whole equating all muslims with terrorism. It ends with outright racist insults, purposely trying to incite. And then when you get used to spotting these types the more pro-Zionist ones come out. Many of them have multiple usernames - they even forget which they're are logged under sometimes. Its then amusing watching them back track.

    I remember the one called Azzrik telling me that I must be wrong because I was well into the minus diggs and that I should just accept it and go away. As if it wasn't as clear as day that a bury group wasn't at work. As it turns out......this bury group right here lickin' their wounds.

    Ironically some of them identify with the likes of Combat18 a neo-nazi group (1 representing the letter 'A' 8 'H' - as in Adolf Hitler) whilst others I'm sure are Israeli. Neo-nazis hanging out with Zionists to bad mouth Islam.

You can't even string an explanation for Isamic extremism being the motive for 9-11 without bundles of evidence pointing to the contrary. But on the back of....pretty much nothing....you justify invading not one but two countries and now the talk is of an attack on a third. And terrorism is made the scapegoat but there is nothing that can justify that thought process.

      I'm passionate about what I believe in, and take time to learn as much as I can about the causes that are meaningful to me - so I'm an extremist! A lot of us are. Does that make us dangerous? In most cases, no. Irritating, perhaps. Clearly, that makes us very, very interesting to you, because you can't seem to get enough of reading what we write. So, apparently we're accomplishing at least part of our goal in getting the conservative message out. A note of caution, AlbionShores, you tend to become whatever you are focusing on. Don't be surprised if you wake up one of these mornings with such a strong aversion to terrorism that you feel compelled to do something to try to stop it.

      And for the record, your comments about this this thread being mostly conservatives sharing experiences are just funny.
