aussiecynic.com — The day draw near … Competitors and tourist alike are arriving… The advertising deals in place…. The television rights are sold…. Security at the ready… Controversy dieing down… But will you be watching? This year however, the Games seem to have lost something.

I don't think so, people in China probably would not even be able to read this, as long as the Great Firewall of China is in place among the countless other things they do to oppress and take away the rights of their people I for one won't be supporting the 2008 Olympics, ***** CHINA!

    But Beijing is an ecstatic place now.... during the olympics. I've been there this year for business. Everything just "lights up" at night!
