I know websites are supposed to have a "clean" look, but this site just looks empty.- hbweb500, on 10/12/2007, -3/+21It gets the job done.
- noreturn, on 10/12/2007, -0/+22So does TvTorrents. But hey, let's reinvent the wheel anyway.
- teknotant, on 10/12/2007, -1/+31I use TVrss.net and the submitted site is just not good.
- finite, on 10/12/2007, -3/+30Nice simple UI, but ***** sites that require registration.
- PacoDG, on 10/12/2007, -11/+6***** public sites, login sites are the only good ones.
Get yourself a throw away hotmail account, and enjoy.
As for this particular site though, meh, the TVtorrent site idea has been done, and better. - stonedslacker, on 10/12/2007, -2/+9Btw for anyone who may not know the single greatest TV repository on the web is www.bitmetv.org. Has almost each and every episode of all relevant TV series neatly archived and very well-seeded. Only problem is that it is a private site and invites are quite difficult to get hold of. But once you have it you wouldn't believe how great it is.
- Clearz, on 10/12/2007, -1/+7"The goal of shareTV is to make finding the latest, and best seeded TV-episodes as easy as possible"
How the hell is making me sign up to yet another god damn site in order to download a stupid torrent site gonna make my life any easier when I can just download them from torrentspy or thepiratebay anyway. And how did this get on the front page. Suspicious. Marked as spam. - CReatiVe4w3, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Websites aren't supposed to be "clean", they're simply not supposed to have extraneous amounts of crap on them. I think they did an excellent job of offering what they offer without sludge; you can get in, get your torrents and get out very fast.
- VaporBro, on 10/26/2007, -1/+2Site desigin aside...
Aww...No MST3k... - Tweekster, on 10/12/2007, -3/+0because torrentspy, and the pirate bay both really really suck hard.

- OmegaNine, on 10/12/2007, -1/+6Wow, TVRSS.org rocks. Thanks totalineptitud
- tralalaa, on 10/12/2007, -3/+0TVRss is lacking just as much as the others are.
Let me know when Ghost Hunters has more than one episode, or when Wonder Showzen has more than one season up.
Half the shows I wanna watch aren't even uploaded to TVrss, so no, it's not the end all messiah you guys are claiming. - TOTALineptitude, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Yea, TVRSS is the *****. Best way to watch The Colbert Report without a cable or DirecTV subscription.
- kbeeveer46, on 10/12/2007, -1/+44eztvefnet.org is much better IMO

- Swifty227, on 10/12/2007, -7/+37VERY Misleading title. I was hoping this site was dedicated to actually sharing TVs. I broke mine with my wiimote the other day :(. Buried as inaccurate.
- GerryW, on 10/12/2007, -10/+4I hope you're joking, because I dugg you up for that. I went back to the home page before I realized. Good one. :D
- NanoStuff, on 10/12/2007, -2/+19"* torrents are used to share video files"
ok...
*walks away slowly, tries not to make eye contact*- OmegaNine, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1Kids put stuff like that on there in hopes that the content owners will not sue their parents.
- ImTheDarkcyde, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3whatever happened to every good torrent sites search function?
if i want to watch the office, i simply type in "the office" and BAM, the episode with the most seeds is the most recent - alephsmith, on 10/12/2007, -3/+1ZOMG they index a whole 30 tvshows!
Lame - standsolid, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5http://tvrss.net + http://www.xtorrentp2p.com == goodbye cable
- karlatkinson, on 10/12/2007, -1/+7I agree.
Only i use uTorrent.
TVRSS is brilliant.
- karlatkinson, on 10/12/2007, -1/+7I agree.
- timmayk, on 10/12/2007, -3/+1uhhh, why do i need this site?
do i need a torrent portal where i need to sign up to download torrents? no.
do i need a limited selection? no
i'll go elsewhere, thank you.

- atommotherheart, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Anyone know of any good private trackers for t.v. shows?

- fugazi, on 10/12/2007, -9/+3People still use torrents?
- beta1, on 10/12/2007, -4/+2You ***** kidding? lol
- fugazi, on 10/12/2007, -4/+2I forgot about how sarcasm and the internet do not mix damn.
- oOLiquidNightOo, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4actually, i've been using easynews more and more. you can download a whole show in minutes plus it's encrypted. i usually just torrent if i'm looking for a complete packaged season.
i'm just saying .. - misterhektik, on 10/12/2007, -6/+4Long live newsgroups. Torrents are just too slow. Digg me down, torrent fanboys
- kodek, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3No. you forgot how to use sarcasm, period.
- OmegaNine, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3I don't know if im willing to pay for my warez. If I am going to pay for it, I would rather pay the content owners.
- bmwboy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Yeah, and they use brains too....
- Ocelot13, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4ill stick with "scrapetorrent.com" for my torrent needs...
- beta1, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Always love hearing about new torrent sites but for now I'm sticking with eztvefnet for my TVtorrents. Maybe in a few months if they can really fill out the site with full seasons for a bunch a shows i might switch.
- theonlybigboss, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1tvtorrents.info used to blow all these away in style and ease of use, but its been down for about six months now :-(
- adidos, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2They don't have torrent listings for Rome...booooooo
I've also had good success with http://www.eztvefnet.org/ - roostishaw, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6Great. Where's the RSS?
I'm not going to go back to that site whenever I want to get a new show...- sharetv, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2If you're logged in there is an RSS logo above the torrents on each show page. Click on it to get that shows feed. There are examples in the blog ( http://sharetv.org/blog/2007/02/09/rss-feeds-has-been-added-for-each-show )
- destinywaste, on 10/12/2007, -4/+1Hope i don't sound like a n00b but is it safe to download TV shows? I mean, I read news stories almost everyday about RIAA filing lawsuits for illegal music downloads. Isn't there any such anti-p2p orginazation for TV shows?
- aaronaaaronson, on 10/12/2007, -4/+2forget about waiting for shows to download just get them from youtube via http://www.yourtvlinks.com instant!
- ,,|,_, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2RIAA = Recording Industry Assoication of America
nothing to do with TV shows - dkm201, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2HBO has been known to send letters to people's cable companies though...
- OmegaNine, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2@ aaronaaaronson
I used to use them with Dailymotion.com didn't delete TV shows. But now that they use youtube you have to click threw so many 10 minute clips its not worth it. I would rather just DL the show and watching it (in good quality) later.
I wouldn't mind the quialty issues as much if it was easy, but having to click on 4 links threw a 1 hours show is not worth it. - james344, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4I love the disclaimer at the end of the Torrent Freak posting (repeated for your amusement here):
"Downloading TV-shows can be illegal in some countries.
If it is in yours, consider moving to another country or collect the torrents just for fun)"
...collect the torrents just for fun!
- ,,|,_, on 10/12/2007, -1/+8The first rule of fight club is...
- OmegaNine, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1This site is pretty lame right now. But I would like to see what it becomes. Even digg.com started out as a pure text site. Look at it now.
- Elbart, on 10/12/2007, -3/+1Il. Le. Gal.
- Crazysah, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3http://www.eztvefnet.org/ is defo the best!
- djRob, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3I must login to download a torrent, give me a break with this crap.
- sharetv, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Accounts will be used to make it easier to figure out what you've already watched and to help find new episodes for the shows you watch. I understand that not everyone will use this feature, so I'll go ahead and making creating an account optional.

- RSGFr4nk13, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0One show I never can find is "Attack of the Show" on G4.
People used to upload the torrents, but I can't find any for this new year. - PrincessZelda, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I need more Sopranos, definetly less beauty and the geek.
- josh42042, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2http://tvrss.net/shows/ is way better and has hundred of shows indexed. Not quite as simple as this site, but if you're gonna run bittorrent you might as well learn.
- alienvenom, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3tvRSS is in no way affiliated with ShareTV.
tvRSS and ShareTV use exactly the same torrents.
tvRSS doesn't require registrations to use the website (with the exception of the forums and other planned "user" features)
tvRSS will never require registrations to use its standard RSS feeds
tvRSS isn't limited to "pre-programmed" show names -- its code is designed to allow anything that its distribution groups (currently EZTV and VTV) release - see the Shows section
tvRSS updates way faster than ShareTV
tvRSS allows search-based RSS feeds that aren't limited to show names (for example, you can search for all HRHD releases of 24 and then create a RSS feed based on it) - adz999, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1www.torrentz.com = best ive ever seen, searches dozens of torrent sites etc, great resource
- zdlr, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0No need to register it seems. Just add the RSS feed and then click on a torrent and it downloads the torrent file direct. Don't know if it will last.
- sharetv, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Accounts are no longer required.
- Torrent, on 12/22/2007, -0/+1some easy tv torrents are at MadTorrent http://www.madtorrent.com
