When you submitted the bug report about the Spy, how quickly (or slowly) did you get a response?

I think if they let more users into the beta, it'll improve - and with some time as well. Hopefully, the ratings with other users will use more than a month as the system progresses. I've noticed that Diggers with 1,000s of diggs in a month seem to be getting higher compatibility percentages (i.e. 30-50%), while diggers with a few hundred (I've got 420 in the past month) got 7-13% ratings with other users. A 9% actually put you at like #8 on my list.
But, the recommended posts I've been getting are great - and the friend recs are spot on. Of course, it helps that my digging activity has been 100% organic for the past month.
And, I wish I knew how to fix the spy. I think the issues on their end. I've tried it with multiple browsers, on multiple platforms, and multiple machines. I get the same freezing after 30 seconds. It got so annoying I moved onto friends' upcoming diggs. Been an issue for over a month now. That retarded "bury recorder" has been down as well. It was using the spy.

anyone know how to fix the spy? shit keeps freezing on me (part of the reason i haven't been digging much lately). i wrote staff, they told me to clear cache and cookies, which i did. still freezes up after 30 seconds or so. anyone got a quick fix?
