Ahh... a 'Dewey Defeats Truman' situation, but not nearly in the same magnitude. My thoughts and prayers are with her as well as her family. If you already dug this - sorry for this shout, and as always, I'm always good for a shout. :-)

On a side note - it's not Fox's fault *gasp*. It seems to have stemmed from CNN. Even us folks in Cleveland were duped on this one. And still are. :-/

Hi all! This isn't a shout asking for a digg. It's actually a shout to pay tribute to one of my Digg friends (and probably to many of you as well). Braveheart 'left' Digg a few months ago, due to serious health reasons. I found this out when I was going over my friend's list, to look at Digg members who haven't been active in a while. ' he's a software guy who seems to have figured out how to make electric cars work on a mainstream level. this article takes you through the entire process about how he launched the fifth-largest startup of all time in less than a year.

this is a really clever list of the worst hotel guests of all time. or maybe it should have been called the worst 'celebrity' guests of all time because i am sure there were worse ones from non-famous people (think of any parties you attended in hotel rooms and the damage that was done :)

the thing i liked about this list was that it didn't just focus on the obvious ones but threw in things like this craziness from salvador dali:

"He once demanded a horse be delivered to his room, and on another occasion ordered up a herd of sheep. Upon their arrival (yes, the hotel was that accommodating), Dalí shot at the little lambs with a gun containing blanks. He also had the hotel staff catch flies for him in the Tuileries garden, paying them per fly."
